Mr. Benedict Tan is a Consultant and Founding Partner with NOW Wellness Centre, where he contributes to initiatives focused on psychological awareness, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Benedict brings a reflective and psychologically informed approach to his work. His interests include self-awareness, human behaviour, emotional processes, and the ways individuals relate to themselves, others, and their lived experiences.
During his professional training and internship experience with NOW Wellness Centre, Benedict was exposed to integrative approaches that combine psychological understanding with holistic perspectives on personal growth and well-being. These experiences further strengthened his appreciation for creating supportive spaces that encourage reflection, awareness, and meaningful change.
Benedict has been involved in the development and support of educational workshops, psychoeducational initiatives, and community-based programs aimed at making psychological knowledge more accessible and relevant to everyday life. He is particularly passionate about helping individuals cultivate greater self-understanding and emotional awareness in ways that are practical, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experience.
